Build for Humans

I’ve spent decades around boats, houses, hotels, construction sites and renewable systems.

And somewhere in all the technology, we’ve made buildings incredibly complicated.

But shelter has a very simple job.

Help humans thrive.

Fresh air.

Clean water.

Natural light.

Comfort.

Healthy materials.

Nature.

Community.

And a place where you actually enjoy being.

A building isn’t truly sustainable because somebody calculated an energy rating.

It’s successful when the people inside it are healthier and happier because it exists.

Build for life, not just compliance. 🌱
